Brisbane Airport is the third busiest airport in Australia and has an international, domestic and cargo terminal. The airport won the Best Privatised Airport award in 2005 and an increase in passenger numbers has led to the realisation of a $400 million project that will give the airport parallel runways. Furthermore, modifications have been made to enable Brisbane to receive the Airport A380. |
| The airport is accessible by road from the Gateway Motorway, but a new Airport Link motorway is planned to connect Brisbane CBD with the airport. Both the domestic and international terminals have a variety of shops and cafeterias. |
Where do you pick up the car?
In the International Terminal the car rental customer service desks are located on level 2 and in the Domestic Terminal on ground level.
